Processing Time
All orders placed through our store are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details and estimated fulfillment timeline.
1–3 business days processing time on all orders before shipping or pickup availability.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM ET begin processing that same business day.
Weekend and holiday orders are queued and begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a fulfillment notification when your order is ready.
In-Salon Pickup
Free In-Salon Pickup
In-salon pickup is our preferred fulfillment method — it's free, fast, and gives you the chance to see and feel the hair before you take it home. Order online, then swing by during salon hours.
Free — no shipping cost. Order online and pick up at the salon at no additional charge.
Ready in 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. We'll call or email when it's ready.
Bring your order confirmation (email or phone screen) and a valid ID to pick up your order.
Tip: If you're local to Middletown, pickup is the fastest and easiest option. You can inspect the hair before you leave the salon — and our stylists are on hand to answer any questions about the product.

We offer local delivery for customers in the Middletown, DE area. If you prefer your order delivered to your door, contact us directly after placing your order to arrange local delivery.

We want getting your hair to be as easy as possible. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders.
Free standard shipping on all orders $75 and over (before tax).
Orders under $75 are charged a flat-rate standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
In-salon pickup is always free — no minimum order required.
Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Order Tracking
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll have everything you need to follow it to your door.
A shipment confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier.
Use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow your package in real time via USPS or UPS.

Shipping Restrictions
A few things to keep in mind when placing your order:
We ship to US domestic addresses only at this time. International shipping is not available.
No PO Boxes for expedited shipping. Expedited orders require a physical street address for delivery.
PO Boxes are accepted for standard shipping only.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier after handoff. Please contact USPS or UPS directly using your tracking number for carrier-side issues.
